Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Schaumburg, IL. You will support store operations, hire and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction while working through a comprehensive leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
