Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Cathedral City, CA. You will assist the operation of a single store and guide associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program, ongoing mentorship, and a strong Panda community to support your success and growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
