Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. The Assistant Manager will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial goals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will receive a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing development to grow into management roles. Competitive benefits and a bonus structure are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
