Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team in Lakeland, FL. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager you will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success with a multi-week leadership training program.
