Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Milton, FL. You will assist in the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success within our Panda community, with relocation flexibility within a 50-mile radius from home as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Serve Safe certification is required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program for store management.
