Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified and committed to Food Safety practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development to prepare for advancement.
