Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with history of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors; identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
