The Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Texas store. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and execute merchandising strategies to boost sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring proven retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and proficiency with retail software.

Formación

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical: ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in retail management software and basic computer applications.
