Job summary

Finish Line in Kokomo, IN is seeking Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

You will drive store sales, manage budgets, and oversee merchandising, health & safety, and community engagement while advancing professionally in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
