Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performance team in our Indiana stores. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage merchandise, and support sales targets with strong leadership.

This role requires flexible hours, excellent communication, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll collaborate with store leadership to deliver results, engage with the local community, and uphold our DE&I commitments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
Experience leading a team and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
Proficiency with retail management software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
Oversee daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data.
Implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement to enhance brand presence.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
