Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the DC store at 1050 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC. The role supports store operations, leads and develops the team, and elevates the client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit and onboard talent, coach for excellence, and drive sales while upholding Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail assistant manager in high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead and develop teams while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and feedback.

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience, ensuring smooth daily operations and profitable sales.
• Lead, coach, and empower the team to exceed performance goals and standards.
