Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly team members and ensure accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain and adjust merchandise sets, planograms and visual presentations.
• Assist with backroom processes, organization and replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Model safe, ethical conduct and ensure compliance with store policies.
