David’s Bridal seeks an energetic management professional to lead a high-performing team in delivering five-star customer service. You will coach staff, monitor payroll, and ensure strong sales performance while managing inventory and store operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail management in apparel, proficiency with a POS system, and the ability to mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree is required.
• Two to four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Monitor store payroll, hours, schedules, and timesheets to stay within budget.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and behaviors.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action to achieve targets.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline to fill open positions within 30 days.
• Manage inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to maintain first-quality standards.
