Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a dynamic store leader to build and retain a high performing team, deliver world-class customer service, and exceed sales plans. As a member of management, you will mentor and coach staff, and create a five-star shopping experience across the floor and alterations.

You will lead floor management, monitor payroll, training, inventory, and performance, while ensuring excellent customer interactions and achievement of monthly goals. Full-time hours, strong benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree is required.
• 2-4 years retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store is required.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver five-star customer service.
• Monitor payroll and store performance, ensure hours stay within budget and communicate daily sales goals.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs, and maintain product quality standards.
