Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the Partridge Creek store. You will support store operations, lead and develop your team, and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit top talent, coach associates in real time, and champion continuous learning while driving sales and profitability through exceptional service and engagement with loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
