Job summary

Sephora is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a high-energy team in King of Prussia, PA. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, sales, and profitability while upholding Sephora’s service standards and brand guidelines.

You will recruit, onboard and coach talent, deliver ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of learning and accountability. Expect evenings, weekends, and holiday availability in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as assistant store manager or similar in high-volume retail environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to recruit, coach and retain talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teams.

• Support Store Operations and Client Experience, collaborating with Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and drive sales.
• Lead, coach and empower team to exceed performance goals and accountability.

• Conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members on career growth and engagement.
