• Sales Generation: Meet personal and store sales goals; assist in monitoring business results; lead by example in service levels; develop staff sales techniques; maintain all sales policies.
• Customer Service: Ensure highest level of customer service; build and maintain client books; resolve client issues quickly; assist associates with service issues (returns, defective merchandise).
• Operations: Collaborate with store manager on risk management, security, cash controls, inventory; support training on register usage; understand cash procedures; participate in stock counts.
• Merchandising/Visual: Help implement and maintain merchandising directives; keep selling floor neat and reflecting visual image; ensure deliveries processed timely; communicate product concerns; report inventory needs.
• Human Resources: Assist in recruitment, training, and development; ensure payroll integrity; provide feedback on performance; address HR issues with HR; support training programs; maintain professional image standards.
