Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Fresno area stores. You will guide a dynamic team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotions.

This role requires strong leadership, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze sales data while managing budgets. Weekend availability and flexibility for shifts are expected in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
