Qualifications

• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of store and donation center operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff to maintain high production standards and a positive customer experience.
• Oversee registration, tills, cash controls, and customer flow to ensure efficient service.
