Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, hire and guide team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this full-time role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts and a willingness to relocate within 50 miles as needed. We offer mentorship and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates; provide leadership and training.
• Support and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
