Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and hire/direct associates to meet goals.
• Lead and train associates through a multi-week leadership program.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
