Job summary

Walmart in Anderson, SC is seeking a Store Supervisor to hire, train, mentor, and lead hourly associates while promoting a culture of belonging and superior customer service. You will coordinate daily tasks, set clear expectations, and drive store performance by monitoring operations, merchandising, and customer experience in line with OBW standards.

Responsibilities include developing teams, providing recognition, and collaborating with leaders at all levels to execute company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may apply.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise hourly associates to meet staffing needs.
• Lead store operations by setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Develop teams through coaching, feedback, and tours to improve performance and customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
