Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will assist operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support ongoing leadership development and participate in training programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and cleanliness standards.
