As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
