Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years college or equivalent retail supervisory experience.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Commitment to company policies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Drive store performance including sales, budgeting, and shrink reduction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to the One Best Way service model.
• Hire, coach, and mentor hourly associates; promote a sense of belonging.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and operational processes.
