Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements apply.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drive customer service standards and store initiatives using company direction.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and expense control for the store area.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and improve results.
