Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our Ontario, CA team.

This role helps create a high-energy, engaging store experience by modeling exceptional service behaviors, coaching associates, and supporting training initiatives to uphold brand standards. You will manage cash handling, shipments, floor sets, and replenishment while working with the Store Manager to drive sales and performance.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Participates in training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices and loss prevention.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishments.
• Supervise store team in the absence of other managers and ensure adherence to store policies.
