Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.
• Support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
