Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Virginia Beach. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.

A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including free meals, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401K with company match, paid time off, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and contribute to achieving financial goals. Hire, manage, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
