Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store in the Concord area. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We offer 3+ weeks of leadership training, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, holidays, and weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest expectations.
• Support attainment of financial targets and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
• Adhere to safety and food-handling standards; maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
