Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team in California. You will assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and developmental support to staff.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
