Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Diego, CA to help operate a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
