Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in California. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program, mentorship and ongoing development. This role offers career growth into management with comprehensive benefits and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
