Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mission Viejo, CA to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing leadership training and support as part of Panda’s development program for store leaders.
