You will be responsible for hiring, training, and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction, with a leadership training program to advance within the company.

The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on safety, guest experience, and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and drive financial goals.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates to deliver quality service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for advancement.
