Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Westerville, OH to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, lead, and mentor associates to meet financial targets and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety) preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
