Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, lead, and direct a team to hit financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
