Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Panda Express store operations team. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to achieve financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for long-term career growth within Panda. This role offers a pathway to management with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
