Panda Restaurant Group in California's Santa Monica area is seeking an Assistant Manager to support one store's operations and guest experience. You will lead and direct a team, hire and train associates, drive financial results, and participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
