As an Assistant Manager you will assist store operations, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility in scheduling and relocation within 50 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
