Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Arlington, TX. You will assist in running a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We offer paid leadership training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
