Job summary

Panda Express in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a single store, hire, train and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
