• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve concerns to create WOW! experiences.
• Drive productivity while maintaining merchandising and a clean, organized store.
• Support PPE use, safety practices, and risk management activities.
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting to maximize profitability.
