Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open/close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise, stock, and planograms under Store Manager direction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash control procedures.
• Support store management in the Manager's absence.
