Job summary

Skechers in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in all areas of operations and team leadership. You’ll drive the store’s daily performance, inspire a team, and ensure seamless customer service delivery while managing inventory and visual merchandising to bolster profitability.

You will lead by example, handle scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and respond to customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, delivering results and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and target attainment.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
