Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a Panda store in DeLand, FL. You will hire, guide, and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a leadership training program of 8+ weeks to ensure readiness. The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and train staff through an 8+ week leadership program to prepare for success.
• Maintain high standards for service quality and safety while managing daily store performance.
