Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
