Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store in Florida. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and maintaining standards through our leadership program. We offer paid leadership training of 8+ weeks, a comprehensive benefits package with medical, vision, dental, and retirement options, plus opportunities

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and staff performance to ensure consistent quality.
Lead the team through Panda leadership training and development programs.
Monitor safety, cleanliness, and food safety practices to ensure compliance.
