7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service. The Store Leader oversees merchandising, marketing initiatives, and performance, with opportunities for advancement through internal training programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, cash handling and building a high-retention team while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders and empower staff to improve retention and performance.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use store P&L and reports to guide operational decisions and improvements.
