7-Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee for Store 42267 in White House, TN. This full-time role supports a Store Leader and, with training, develops leadership, merchandising and customer service skills.

You will help drive profitability, supervise staff, and learn P&L and store operations in a fast-paced convenience environment. The position emphasizes internal advancement, with a strong promote-from-within philosophy, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to prepare you for store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in retail management is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting to drive performance.
• Ability to handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
